Social Commerce Manager

About the Role

BoomX Commerce is an e-commerce company based in Singapore, specialising in social commerce across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee. We are looking for a Social Commerce Manager to drive sales growth and manage our end-to-end operations across these platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of our social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other emerging platforms, with responsibility for sales targets and growth
  • Plan and manage livestream selling campaigns, including scheduling, host coordination, product selection, promotions, and post-stream analysis
  • Manage day-to-day platform operations: product listings, pricing, campaigns, vouchers, and participation in platform events (e.g., double-digit sales days, flash sales)
  • Develop and execute content and campaign calendars in collaboration with the videography and marketing teams
  • Build and manage relationships with platform account managers, affiliates, KOLs, and livestream hosts
  • Analyse sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify opportunities and optimise listings, content, and ad spend
  • Manage platform advertising (e.g., TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads) to maximise return on ad spend
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, features, and social commerce trends in Southeast Asia

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce or social commerce operations, ideally with hands-on management of TikTok Shop and/or Shopee seller platforms
  • Proven track record of growing sales through livestreams, campaigns, or platform promotions
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales and traffic data to make decisions
  • Familiarity with platform advertising tools and affiliate/KOL marketing
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across content, operations, and external partners
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; experience in a startup or small team is a plus
