Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper control of service items.
  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely support and follow-up.
  • Prepare documentation, perform data entry, and maintain accurate billing and service records.
  • Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, network connectivity, routers, switches, and basic security controls.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely technical support and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer support role.
  • Certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
