Supermarket Promoter

Job Description

• Approach and engage shoppers proactively to introduce and promote the beverage brand

• Offer product samples and explain key features, flavors, and promotional offers

• Persuade customers to make on-the-spot purchases

• Set up and maintain attractive product displays and promotional booths

• Replenish stock on shelves and ensure the display area is always neat and tidy

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisor

• Track daily sales figures and record number of samples distributed

• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the promotion area at all times

Requirements

• Willing to work at various islandwide locations (deployment based on schedule)

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in food or beverage promotion is an advantage

• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

• Able to work 3 days per week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only)

• Working hours: 10am to 7pm

• Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated

• Friendly and outgoing personality to engage customers effectively

• 主动接近顾客，介绍和推广饮料品牌

• 提供产品试饮，讲解产品特点、口味及当前促销优惠

• 说服顾客现场购买产品

• 搭建和维护产品展示架及促销摊位，确保陈列整齐美观

• 及时补充货架上的产品，保持展示区域整洁有序

• 监控库存数量，及时向上级报告缺货情况

• 记录每日销售数据和试饮派发数量

• 收集顾客反馈意见，并向管理层汇报

• 保持促销区域的清洁和卫生

任职要求

• 愿意根据排班安排，分配到全岛不同地点工作

• 具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力

• 有食品或饮料促销经验者优先考虑

• 能够长时间站立工作（最长8小时）

• 能够每周工作 3天（仅限于星期五、星期六和星期天）

• 工作时间：上午10点至晚上7点

• 守时、有责任心、积极主动

• 性格友善外向，能够有效吸引和接触顾客
