About the Role
We're looking for a committed, responsible, and empathetic individual to join our team during our evening shift. This role combines customer support with social media content creation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while being creative.
Remote work is available after successful completion of training.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to family enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and compassionately.
- Follow up on call enquiries and ensure timely responses to potential clients.
- Assist families by providing accurate information and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Create Instagram marketing collaterals using Canva or similar design tools.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Support basic administrative and operational tasks when required.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Comfortable communicating with people over WhatsApp and phone.
- Familiar with Canva and CapCut, or willing to learn.
- Able to work independently while maintaining high responsiveness.
- Committed, reliable, responsible, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- A stable internet connection and suitable home working environment (for remote work after training).
