C&S/Technical Engineer (Precast Projects)

• Support C&S/Technical design functions; being responsible for (C&S) civil/structural site-based design matters of both existing projects and new tenders (Building/Infrastructure projects both available)
• Attending and being proactive in design coordination meeting with consultants / client
• Ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved
• Ensure transmittal forms / emails are issued for latest drawings / BIM models,
• To study & review drawings / specifications in identifying discrepancies and issue queries to consultants accordingly
• Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with Consultants, all trades and authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and above in Civil/Structural or relevant engineering discipline
• At least 3-5 years of prior experience with a contractor or consultant environment
