Technical Manager (Civil & Structural Design)

Lead C&S/Technical design functions; being responsible for (C&S) civil/structural site-based design matters of both existing projects and new tenders (Building/Infrastructure projects)
Attending and being proactive in design coordination meeting with consultants / client
Ensure drawing registry is maintained and latest drawings / BIM models are available for all parties involved
To study & review drawings / specifications in identifying discrepancies and issue queries to consultants accordingly
Resolve technical issues on drawings and liaise closely with Consultants, all trades and authorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and above in Civil/Structural or relevant engineering discipline
At least 7-10 years of prior experience
Experience with a contractor (must be design/technical function) or from a consultancy environment and keen to move into a contractor-side role
5-Days Workweek
