Job Summary

Support APAC Go-To-Market initiatives by preparing case studies, conducting market research, managing partner and client communications, coordinating events, and collaborating with development teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare case studies, white papers, and presentations to communicate product value and business insights effectively
  • Respond promptly and accurately to requests for proposals (RFP/RFI) to support business development
  • Develop written materials including reports, briefs, website content, press releases, and educational texts to engage target audiences
  • Coordinate and execute special publicity events, promotions, and trade show materials to enhance brand visibility
  • Conduct comparative research and analytical marketing studies to inform strategy development for industrial and commercial products
  • Initiate and maintain media contacts to secure coverage and promote company initiatives
  • Manage and update digital databases and AI agents to support business functions and marketing activities
  • Support team with event coordination, promotional activities, and client engagement to drive customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations, address client inquiries, and liaise with development teams to ensure user benefits and problem resolution
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while adapting to flexible hours to serve the APAC market
  • Travel regionally or internationally as required to support business objectives
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to ensure smooth marketing operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Enrolled in post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Strong B2B customer service and networking skills demonstrated through client interactions and relationship building
  • Experience with SaaS marketing and AI solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Creativity and attention to detail in developing marketing materials and strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment by embracing challenges and continuous learning
