Operations & Administrative Executive (F&B)

A. F&B Operations Support

• Provide on-site operational support across accounts as needed, assisting site teams during service periods, events, and busy periods

• Help coordinate day-to-day service requirements including staffing arrangements, setup needs, and equipment requests

• Support catering and event setups across sites when additional manpower or coordination is required

• Assist Account Managers and Unit Managers with operational tasks that require cross-site follow-through

• Assist with receiving and stock-related tasks at sites when required

B. Administrative Support

• Handle sourcing tasks including obtaining quotations, comparing vendors, and coordinating procurement requests across accounts

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers on orders, deliveries, and service matters as directed

• Manage and update data across operational trackers, including client-specific documentations, feedback records, food tasting and food costing exercises.

• Support and maintain SOPs, checklists, and supporting operational documents for all accounts

• Produce PowerPoint presentations for client reviews, internal meetings, and management updates

• Maintain organised file systems for all account documentation — digital and physical

• Support finance-related tracking tasks including invoice records, expense records, purchase order tracking, and monthly cost review

• Assist in GRN and supplier invoice reconciliation in support of site finance workflows

• Handle general correspondence, scheduling, and coordination tasks as directed by the Account Managers
