SALES MANAGER

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growthwithin the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensiveknowledge of construction materials, building processes, project management,and market trends. This role is responsible for developing strategic salesplans, identifying new business opportunities, managing key clientrelationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customersatisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, engineers, and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, procurement, and project teams to provide accurate project solutions.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and evaluate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Establish sales targets, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Attend industry networking events, trade exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company's products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and sales pipeline.
  • Participate in tender submissions and large project bidding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
