E-commerce Operations Executive (Singapore)

Position Information

Manage E-commerce Operations Oversee daily operations for Singapore's e-commerce platforms, including Lazada and Shopee.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, traffic acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization to drive sales growth.
Manage TikTok Shop & Live Commerce Plan and execute TikTok Shop live-streaming campaigns.Manage livestream hosts, traffic advertising, campaign performance, and post-live analysis.Continuously improve GMV, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Private Traffic & D2C E-commerce Build and manage private customer communities and CRM programs.Develop membership programs, customer engagement strategies, and repeat purchase initiatives.Focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales for health supplements and wellness products.
Data Analysis & Business Optimization Analyze sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and competitor activities.Optimize marketing ROI while coordinating closely with the supply chain and inventory teams.

Hands-on experience operating Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.
Proven experience in live commerce, paid traffic management, and livestream sales operations.
Familiar with private community management, D2C business models, and vertical e-commerce.
Experience in the health supplements, wellness, or beauty industry is highly preferred.
Results-driven with strong execution skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluent in Chinese, with basic English communication skills.
Previous working experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia is an advantage.
