6723 - Physiotherapist [ Full AHPC Registered | Eldercare/ Home Therapy]

Salary: $3000 - $5500
Working Days: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 6pm
Reporting Location: Alexandra Rd (Labrator Park MRT)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
- Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and
- movement efficiency.
- Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
- Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
- Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
- Supervise therapy assistants
- Participate in clinical student placement
- Participate in internal training
- To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
- Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore
