Coordinate with designers, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to produce marketing materials.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics and prepare performance reports.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, product launches, and community engagement activities.
Develop content for brochures, advertisements, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with business partners, media representatives, and external stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to expand the company's customer base.
Monitor customer feedback and market trends to improve products, services, and marketing effectiveness.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Lead, supervise, and mentor marketing team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Prepare regular marketing reports and present recommendations to senior management.
Perform any other marketing and business development duties assigned by management.
