Toy Space Collectibles is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing collectibles retailers, specialising in diecast models, trading cards, figures and hobby collectibles. We are expanding our retail and online operations and are looking for 2 passionate Retail & Content Executives to join our team.

This is not your typical retail job. You’ll be at the heart of our business—serving customers in-store, creating exciting social media content, hosting TikTok LIVE sessions, managing our online store and helping grow our collector community.

Your Responsibilities

Retail Operations

• Welcome and assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
• Operate the POS system and process daily transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail store.
• Replenish shelves and ensure merchandise is well displayed.
• Perform store opening and closing duties.

E-commerce Operations

• Create and upload product listings on Shopify and other online marketplaces.
• Write engaging product descriptions and upload product images.
• Update inventory, pricing and product information.
• Process online orders including picking, packing and preparing shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners for daily fulfilment.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and email.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences both online and in-store.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Film and create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• Assist in planning and producing content around new arrivals, product showcases and promotions.
• Feature in videos when required.
• Keep up with social media trends and contribute creative content ideas.

TikTok LIVE

• Host TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase products and interact with viewers.
• Demonstrate products confidently and answer customer questions during live sessions.
• Help drive online engagement and sales through live selling.

Inventory & Operations

• Receive incoming stock and perform inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with warehouse coordination and stock transfers.
• Support company events, exhibitions and roadshows when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing and customer-oriented personality.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and hosting live sessions.
• Confident communicator with good spoken and written English.
• Passionate about social media and creating engaging content.
• Organised, responsible and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus If You Have

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada experience.
• Basic photography or video editing skills.
• Interest in diecast models, trading cards, or collectibles.
• Experience hosting TikTok LIVE or livestream selling.
