Architectural Drafter

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Revise drawings based on architects', consultants', and project team's comments.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and company standards.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings for consultants and relevant authorities.
• Maintain proper drawing registers and document control.
• Support project teams throughout the construction process by updating drawings as required.
• Attend coordination meetings when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Technical Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Architecture, Building, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in the building construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with architectural detailing, construction methods, and Singapore building practices.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
