Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internship and campus recruitment programmes

  • Manage the end-to-end internship recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer administration

  • Coordinate campus engagement activities, career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives

  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, interns, and internal stakeholders

  • Track, analyse, and prepare recruitment metrics and reports to support hiring decisions

  • Support recruitment process improvements, including digitisation, automation, and candidate tracking initiatives

  • Conduct market research and provide insights on campus hiring trends and talent pipelines

  • Assist with HR projects and other recruitment-related duties as assigned

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

  • Detail-oriented with experience compiling, tracking, and analysing recruitment data

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Enjoys planning and coordinating events and engagement activities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Energetic, proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
