Job Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internship and campus recruitment programmes
Manage the end-to-end internship recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer administration
Coordinate campus engagement activities, career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, interns, and internal stakeholders
Track, analyse, and prepare recruitment metrics and reports to support hiring decisions
Support recruitment process improvements, including digitisation, automation, and candidate tracking initiatives
Conduct market research and provide insights on campus hiring trends and talent pipelines
Assist with HR projects and other recruitment-related duties as assigned
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Detail-oriented with experience compiling, tracking, and analysing recruitment data
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Enjoys planning and coordinating events and engagement activities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Energetic, proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
