Quantity Surveyor (5 Days / Up to $5000)
Singapore Based (Woodlands)
5 Days work per week (Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM)
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in related field
$4,000 to $5,000 + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Prepare precise cost estimates for underground utilities construction projects, considering materials, labor, and associated overheads.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Tendering & Procurement
Prepare and issue tender documents specific to underground utilities projects, analyze and evaluate tender submissions.
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes tailored to underground utilities construction needs.
Cost Control & Monitoring
Monitor project costs and expenditures, providing regular financial reports and forecasts.
Identify, manage, and report cost variations and claims, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Contract Administration
Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts related to underground utilities construction.
Resolve contractual disputes and issues, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with project managers, engineers, utility companies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Provide expert advice on cost-related matters and project feasibility for underground utilities projects.
