Group Treasury sits at the centre of this platform, covering everything from syndicated lending and derivatives to cash management and banking relationships across the Group. This role spans both execution and strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities cover treasury operations, settlements, and reporting. Alongside that, the team is actively running a number of initiatives — including a treasury management system implementation, process automation, and broader baking architecture improvements, where this person will have direct involvement and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully.

Treasury Operations & Compliance

  • Prepare, analyse and distribute regular treasury reports to various stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and completeness across the Group
  • Build and maintain linked templates to appropriately capture group data as necessary
  • Control and disseminate source financial markets’ data

Banking & Funding

  • Support loan governance and maintenance, including loan rollovers, covenant compliance, and interest rate monitoring
  • Execute drawdowns, repayments, and rollovers across corporate and fund-level credit facilities
  • Manage inter-company treasury loans and deposits
  • Handle bank accounts / bank mandate matters (including e-banking) and KYC requests

Liquidity and Cash Management

  • Monitor, analyse and manage cash positions, identifying trends and escalating material movements across the Group
  • Support the development and implementation of cash management strategies
  • Execution of short-term cash investments with banks and financial institutions to optimise returns on surplus cash

Risk Management

  • Monitor and report interest rate, foreign exchange and other financial exposures
  • Provide assistance in analysing financial market trends to support decision-making with respect to interest rates and foreign exchange

Strategic Treasury Initiatives

  • Assist the team on ad-hoc tasks and special projects
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve treasury processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant treasury experience
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis and reconciliation
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine interest in process optimisation, automation, and a willingness to challenge how things are done
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team within the dynamic Group
  • Prior experience in treasury management system will be advantageous
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an inclination to apply them practically
