About the Company

Our client is a premium dining establishment known for delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality cuisine, attentive service, and a strong commitment to hospitality. They are seeking a service-oriented individual to join their front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure
• Escort guests to their tables and provide attentive, professional table service
• Serve food and beverages while anticipating and responding to guests' needs
• Develop a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently answer guest enquiries and make recommendations
• Assist with the planning and coordination of private events and special occasions
• Support the setup and breakdown of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and timely service
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, fine dining, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles will be advantageous
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required
• Team player with a proactive and hands-on approach
