DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-level desktop and end-user IT support Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, and Microsoft Office 365 issues Receive, prioritize, and resolve IT incidents and service requests Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support teams Perform PC imaging, re-imaging, installation, and deployment Maintain IT assets and inventory records Update tickets, documentation, and work instructions Ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels (SLAs)

REQUIREMENT

Min. Nitec in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline Min. 1 year of Desktop Support / IT Support / Helpdesk experience Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge of PC hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting Able to work independently and manage multiple support requests CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ Microsoft Certified: Windows Client Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops Experience providing remote support or Service Desk support
