Job Description
Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure work is carried out according to schedule
Supervise cleaners/workers on site and ensure job quality meets company standards
Coordinate manpower deployment and task assignments
Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained
Communicate with customers, building management, or supervisors when required
Handle on-site issues, feedback, and basic problem-solving
Report job progress, issues, and completion status to the office team
Ensure workers follow safety rules, company SOPs, and site regulations
Prior experience in site supervision or cleaning/service operations preferred
Able to manage workers and work under pressure
Good communication and coordination skills
Responsible, punctual, and reliable
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices
Able to work flexible hours when required
Basic WhatsApp / mobile reporting skills
