Job Overview

The Production Planning Executive plans and coordinates production schedules and component procurement to meet customer demands efficiently while optimizing resources and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules by analyzing raw material availability, production capacity, and customer requirements to ensure on-time order fulfillment
• Monitor material shortages and collaborate with Purchasing and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, minimizing production disruptions
• Plan, coordinate, and control production activities to optimize resource utilization, enhance productivity, and meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Manage inventory levels according to company policies to ensure material availability and maintain inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production and Logistics teams to ensure seamless production operations and effective order management
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate production plans and resolve operational challenges
• Apply problem-solving skills to address production and supply chain issues in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

• Diploma in Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, or a related field
• Strong project management skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and manufacturing facilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage across organizational levels
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in SAP is required
