About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Regional HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and partner closely with I-PEX Group’s headquarters in Japan and its overseas subsidiaries in driving talent and organizational strategies across the region.
Based in Singapore, this role serves as a key bridge between the Japan headquarters and the HR leaders of overseas subsidiaries. The position plays a critical role in advancing the Group’s global HR agenda, including talent development, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and the strengthening of corporate culture.
The successful candidate will demonstrate sensitivity to the diverse business environments and cultural contexts of each country while fostering ahigh-performing organization and enhancing group-wide talent management capabilities. This role will contribute to building the HR infrastructure and organizational capabilities required to support the sustainable growth of the I-PEX Group.
Beyond managing HR operations, this role partners closely with executive management and HR teams across overseas subsidiaries to address critical talent and organizational challenges, contributing to the overall competitiveness of the I-PEX Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with HR leaders at Japan headquarters and overseas subsidiaries to align and strengthen group-wide HR governance and strategies
- Drive succession planning and ensure leadership continuity for critical roles across the organization
- Develop talent pipelines and implement initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and leadership bench strength
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a strong, cohesive corporate culture across the Group
- Deploy and support global talent management, performance management, and leadership development frameworks and policies
- Facilitate sharing of best practices and standardize HR and organizational development processes across subsidiaries
- Lead organizational change and mindset transformation initiatives to support business growth and strategic priorities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to executive management and HR leaders across the Group on talent and organizational challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in regional and/or multinational organizations.
- Demonstrated track record in areas such as talent management, succession planning, organizational development, leadership development, and HR business partnering.
- Proven experience in leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture and management practices would be an advantage.
