Management executive

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day management of logistics and transport operations. Plan, coordinate, and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely service. Liaise with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and vendors to resolve operational issues. Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and management updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and relevant regulations. Support business development activities, including customer relationship management and service improvement initiatives. Coordinate manpower deployment and monitor staff attendance and productivity. Assist in budgeting, cost control, procurement, and administrative functions. Investigate service issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Undertake any other duties assigned by management to support business operations.
