Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities to expand catering services and grow the business.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with chefs to develop catering menus.
  • Oversee food service operations to ensure strict quality control and culinary standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee the catering budget, track expenses, and maintain accurate event records.

· Identify opportunities for growth and expansionof catering services

· Proven experience in catering management,including sales and contract negotiation.

· Strong ability to recruit, lead, and manage ateam of catering and floor staff.

· Excellent organizational skills with the abilityto work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skillsfor interfacing with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Solid knowledge of catering industry trends,best practices, food service regulations, and health and safety standards.
