Public Speaking Trainer (Part-Time)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Speaking Trainer (Part-Time on Weekdays) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in teaching advanced-level communication, managing students in public environments, and designing meaningful enrichment experiences—including entrepreneurship and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech enrichment classes, focusing on persuasive speech, hosting, debate, and leadership.
- Supervise students during public speaking opportunities in outdoor/community settings (e.g., public roadshows, school events).
- Plan and lead student showcases, parent engagement events, and internal competitions.
- Prepare student evaluations and liaise with parents on progress.
Skills and Experience Required
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Education, Communications, Performing Arts, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Certified in Speech & Drama / Public Speaking / Education (e.g., Trinity College London, LAMDA, ACTA, Toastmasters) is a strong advantage.
Experience
- At least 1–3 years of relevant teaching/training experience.
- Prior experience with primary or youth learners.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong storytelling, facilitation, and public presentation abilities.
- Confident classroom and group leadership.
- Creative, reliable, and passionate about teaching / training.

- Foreigners may apply but must be eligible for a valid Employment Pass (EP) or S Pass as per MOM regulations
