Quantum Consultancy Services is a leading IT solutions provider specialising in IT relocation, data centre migration, IT infrastructure deployment, and managed services. We work with customers across Singapore to deliver seamless IT relocation projects with minimal business disruption.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Project Executive to join our team.
About the Role
As a Project Executive, you will coordinate IT relocation projects for our corporate customers. You will be the key liaison between customers, business partners, and internal project teams, ensuring every project is well planned, well-coordinated, and successfully delivered.
Our projects involve the relocation and deployment of IT infrastructure and end-user devices, including:
- Servers and storage systems
- Network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points)
- Desktop PCs, laptops, monitors and docking stations
- Printers and other workplace IT equipment
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. Prior experience in IT relocation is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end IT relocation projects for corporate customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, business partners, and internal project teams.
- Understand customers' project requirements, relocation schedules, and business priorities.
- Schedule site surveys, project meetings, equipment deliveries, and relocation activities.
- Coordinate manpower, logistics, and project schedules with business partners.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Identify project risks and proactively follow up on outstanding action items.
- Keep customers and stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Ensure successful project completion and obtain customer sign-off upon completion.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, customer service, administration, operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong organisational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- No prior experience in IT relocation is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Working Hours
Most IT relocation projects are carried out outside customers' normal office hours to minimise business disruption. As such, you should be prepared to work after office hours, on weekends, and occasionally on public holidays when project deployments are scheduled.
Overtime will be compensated in accordance with the Company's policy.
