RETAIL EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and stock counts.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Promote ongoing sales campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to supervisors on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise when required.
