Application Support Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business & Application Support Analyst to support critical operational systems across attractions, parking, access control, and self-service platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application and operational support for business-critical systems.
  • Manage and resolve application incidents, service requests, and user issues within agreed service levels.
  • Attractions and guest access
  • Car park access and parking management systems
  • Access card and credential management
  • Self-service kiosks and ticketing terminals
  • Membership and visitor management systems
  • Perform application monitoring and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Analyse incidents and identify root causes and preventive actions.
  • Liaise with vendors and technology partners for issue resolution and system maintenance.
  • Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and system improvements.
  • Coordinate testing activities including UAT and post-deployment validation.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and releases.
  • Prepare reports, user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.
  • Participate in change and release management activities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Application Support, Business Systems Support, Production Support, or Business Analyst-related roles.
  • Experience supporting operational or customer-facing applications.
  • Experience working with external vendors and business stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of application support and incident management processes.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
  • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based applications and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices will be advantageous.
