Responsibilities
- Preparation of resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Maintain statutory registers and minute book
- Preparation and filing of notifications with ACRA
- Customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Accounting. Other disciplines will also be considered
- Minimally 2 to 3 years of related working experience
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented and accuracy in documentation and filings
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
