Responsibilities

  • Preparation of resolutions and minutes of meetings
  • Maintain statutory registers and minute book
  • Preparation and filing of notifications with ACRA
  • Customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or Accounting. Other disciplines will also be considered
  • Minimally 2 to 3 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented and accuracy in documentation and filings
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
