F&B Operations Manager (Jakarta)

What You'll Do

As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all outlets while delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $4,000-5,000/month (+ housing and relocation allowance)

Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

  • As our Multi-Outlet Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our outlets while playing a key role in driving business growth and operational excellence.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring consistent service quality, food standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
    • Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and their teams to build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
    • Drive sales, profitability, and productivity by closely monitoring key performance indicators, labour costs, food costs, and overall outlet performance.
    • Support outlet expansions, operational improvement projects and new outlet launches, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal business disruption.
    • Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with the internal and external teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and successful execution of business initiatives.
    • Review operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
    • Prepare operational reports, analyse business performance, and recommend strategies to drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
    • Undertake additional projects and adhoc responsibilities as assigned to support the company's growth and expansion plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry or minimum 3 years with management experience

  • Strong understanding of multi-unit operations, P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Willing to travel regularly between outlets within Jakarta

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects independently
