Our Client is an European MNC and manufacturer of intralogistics systems with presence in over 70 countries. Their range of products include conveyor systems, palletising technology, packaging technology and sorting and distribution systems.

For their Singapore operations, they would like to invite suitably qualified individuals to join their Sales Team as Admin Assistant.

ADMIN ASSISTANT (TENDER / BIDDING TEAM) (6-month Contract / renewable)

Job Summary

  • Providing admin support to the Sales Team
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and sales materials for the purpose of tender or bid submissions

The Ideal Candidate

  • Flexible and motivated to meet challenging deadlines and securing project orders
  • Organized and having an eye for details
  • Good team player
  • Basic engineering knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidates without experience and willing to be trained

Working Location : Bendemeer Rd

Working Hours : 8:30/9 – 5:30 / 6 pm M-F
