IT Solutions Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and outdoor sales activities.
- Conduct meetings to understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT and digital transformation solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products and services professionally.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and project handover.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Advise clients on available government grants and funding programmes that support digitalisation initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of B2B corporate sales experience. Experience in IT solutions sales will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hunting mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
