IT Solutions Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and outdoor sales activities.
  • Conduct meetings to understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable IT and digital transformation solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's products and services professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and project handover.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Advise clients on available government grants and funding programmes that support digitalisation initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of B2B corporate sales experience. Experience in IT solutions sales will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology sales are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong hunting mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
