Business Development Manager

This senior technical sales role is designed to enhance collaboration between distinguished partners, optimizing revenue through effective co-selling strategies and targeted account engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with appropriate sales leads to identify, qualify, and progress joint sales opportunities, focusing on strategic accounts and key workloads.
  • Communicate advanced architecture, optimizations, and technologies relevant to various verticals for effective enablement among field teams and partners.
  • Identify and engage ideal partners in target regions, developing joint engagement strategies to maximize impact.
  • Represent the joint value propositions in campaigns, workshops, events, and initiatives to drive demand generation.
  • Compile monthly business and activity reports to track performance and engagement efforts.
  • Participate in joint field events with aligned partners to bolster engagement and awareness.
  • Provide monthly updates reflecting pipeline impact, partner interactions, and business outcomes against established success metrics.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology sales.
  • Proven proficiency in relevant product knowledge relating to collaborative technologies.
  • Strong skills in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective partner and customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive joint marketing and engagement plans with partners.
  • Experience in generating insights from performance data to inform strategic decisions.
