Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine according to company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Monitor food preparation, stock, and kitchen operations.
  • Comply with food safety and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Hunan cuisine chef is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
