Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food preparation, stock, and kitchen operations.
- Comply with food safety and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
- Experience as a Hunan cuisine chef is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
