Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead our facilities management operations at retail locations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patrons and tenants. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to operations teams, encompassing property management and site operations.

• Oversee daily operations of all properties to ensure optimal performance and high service standards.

• Develop and implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for property management.

• Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and cost management, including budgeting and resource allocation.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

• Mentor and develop operations teams to enhance performance and capabilities.

• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to guarantee quality service delivery and compliance with contracts.

• Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and safety standards across properties.

• Lead crisis management and business continuity planning efforts for all sites.

• Support asset enhancement initiatives and oversee operational aspects of new property acquisitions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building, Facilities Management, or related fields.

• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in operations or facilities management, ideally within retail malls or commercial settings.

• At least 5 to 8 years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively engage with individuals at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and systematic approach.

• Ability to operate under tight timelines.
