About the Role

Affluent Software Innovations Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Service Operations & PMO Manager to lead PMO governance, service delivery, business intelligence, and enterprise transformation initiatives forlarge-scale Telecommunications and Technology projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in OSS/BSS programs, project governance, executive reporting, business analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent leadership, financial governance, and strategic planning capabilities.

KeyResponsibilities

PMO& Service Operations

  • Lead PMO governance across multiple customer engagements.
  • Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery standards.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and resource utilization.
  • Drive service delivery excellence and operational performance improvements.
  • Manage project financials, forecasting, revenue tracking, and profitability.
  • Develop executive dashboards and governance reports.
  • Conduct project health checks and risk assessments.
  • Support customer escalations and service improvement initiatives.

BusinessIntelligence & Analytics

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards.
  • Build automated ETL pipelines using Power Query and SQL.
  • Develop KPI dashboards for financial and operational reporting.
  • Perform forecasting, variance analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions.

Project& Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end technology transformation programs.
  • Manage enterprise software implementation and migration projects.
  • Drive Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.

OSS/BSS& Telecom Transformation

  • Deliver OSS/BSS implementation and modernization projects.
  • Lead legacy system migration initiatives.
  • Support Work Order Management, Billing, and Trouble Ticketing solutions.
  • Manage Systems Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Coordinate solution deployment and production support.

Infrastructure& Network Projects

  • Support enterprise network modernization initiatives.
  • Work with Cisco networking technologies.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and technical solution planning.
  • Coordinate infrastructure migration activities.

StakeholderManagement

  • Engage with executive leadership and customers.
  • Present project status, risks, and financial updates.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • CCNA or equivalent networking certification is an advantage.

ExperienceRequired

  • 15–20+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 8 years in Project Management/PMO leadership.
  • Strong experience in Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or Network Transformation projects.
  • Experience managing APAC or global delivery teams.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise transformation programs.
