Sales Admin & Warehouse Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Company Overview
We specialize in innovative mosquito control and air cooling solutions. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations & Warehouse Assistant to support both our logistics and day-to-day coordination. If you enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same, we’d love to have you on board!
Working Hours & Compensation
Part-Time: 4–5 hours/day, 5 days per week (Weekdays only) |
SGD 14–17 / hour
Full-Time: 5 days per week | SGD 3,000 / month

Responsibilities
Logistics & Maintenance
Receive, organize, and manage stock inventory in the warehouse.
Pick, pack and arrange shipments for outgoing orders.
Prepare delivery items, including cleaning and maintaining items (cylinders, coolers, mosquito traps).
Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the office and warehouse.
Operations & Administration
Coordinate with our (in-house and outsourced) service teams to plan monthly service schedule.
Communicate and confirm service schedule timing with customers
Provide basic administrative support, including following up on outstanding invoice payments and handling occasional sales inquiries via email/WhatsApp.
Requirements
- Responsible, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills in English or Chinese to interact with customers and team members
- Physical fitness and comfort with light manual work to handle warehouse tasks
- Standard operating instructions and guidance will be provided.
