Sales Admin & Warehouse Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Company Overview

We specialize in innovative mosquito control and air cooling solutions. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations & Warehouse Assistant to support both our logistics and day-to-day coordination. If you enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same, we’d love to have you on board!

Working Hours & Compensation

  • Part-Time: 4–5 hours/day, 5 days per week (Weekdays only) |

    SGD 14–17 / hour

  • Full-Time: 5 days per week | SGD 3,000 / month

  • Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

Logistics & Maintenance

  • Receive, organize, and manage stock inventory in the warehouse.

  • Pick, pack and arrange shipments for outgoing orders.

  • Prepare delivery items, including cleaning and maintaining items (cylinders, coolers, mosquito traps).

  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the office and warehouse.

Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate with our (in-house and outsourced) service teams to plan monthly service schedule.

  • Communicate and confirm service schedule timing with customers

  • Provide basic administrative support, including following up on outstanding invoice payments and handling occasional sales inquiries via email/WhatsApp.

Requirements

  • Responsible, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Basic communication skills in English or Chinese to interact with customers and team members
  • Physical fitness and comfort with light manual work to handle warehouse tasks
  • Standard operating instructions and guidance will be provided.
