We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Interns to support our business development team by generating leads, engaging prospects, and promoting our SAP consulting and staffing services across the APAC region.

KeyResponsibilities

Sales& Business Development

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, and other APAC markets.
  • Introduce Affluent Software Innovations' SAP consulting, staffing, and managed services.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

MarketResearch

  • Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify organizations implementing or upgrading SAP solutions.
  • Track SAP implementation projects, hiring trends, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated prospect database.

Email& LinkedIn Outreach

  • Execute personalized email campaigns.
  • Connect with SAP professionals and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
  • Send follow-up messages and nurture leads.
  • Support branding and digital outreach initiatives.

CRM& Reporting

  • Update CRM with prospect interactions and sales activities.
  • Track lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications.

MarketingSupport

  • Assist in preparing company presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Support webinar, event, and campaign planning.
  • Promote company offerings across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for content distribution.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

PreferredQualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP or ERP solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
