aquaDucks is aninternationally award-winning swim school with programmes for babies and children across multiple locations in Singapore. We're looking for someone special to join our poolside team.

aquaDucks was founded in 1989 and weprovide swimming lessons across multiple locations in Singapore. We are proudto offer our students a unique swim experience witha truly professional team. We have blended the best techniques from all overthe world combined with extremely passionate coaches, to deliver you an exclusive world class swimming programme.

Our mission is toempower students with exceptional and enjoyable swim journeys, fosteringcomfort, safety, and excellence in swimming as an essential way of life. We arededicated to teaching the finest lifesaving techniques and encouraging aprofound connection with swimming that extends beyond the pool.

What Does the Job Actually Look Like?

Every day is a little different — and that's what makes it great.

You'll be the friendly face that families see when they arrive. The person who makes sure everything runs smoothly at the pool. The one who knows every child's name and genuinely cares about making every visit a great experience.

On any given day, you might be:

• Welcoming new and returning families at the poolside
• Provide facility tours for an excellent and personalised guest experience
• Coordinating class schedules
• Handling enquiries, trials, new registrations, and follow-ups with a smile
• Moving between our locations across Singapore as needed
• Keeping poolside operations smooth, safe, and organised
• Being the go-to person when parents have questions, concerns, or just need a friendly chat

Just like how each of our pool is unique, no two days are exactly the same. You'll need to be adaptable, on your feet, and genuinely enjoy the beautiful chaos that comes with working in a swim academy environment.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a swimming certificate for this one — but you do need great energy.

The ideal aquaDucks Poolside Ambassador is someone who:

• Loves working with children and families
• Has a warm, natural approach to customer service
• Is comfortable outdoors and moving between locations (not mandatory but an is an added advantage)
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Is organized with attention to detail, reliable, and takes initiative
• Tech savvy and experienced working with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office

· Able to work as a team with swim coaches and other team members to coordinate class schedules and maintain a smooth operation.

• Can handle the unexpected with a smile (because with kids around, you know it happens!)
• Is perfectly happy turning up in shorts and slippers

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a children's education environment is a plus — but the right attitude will always win over a perfect CV.
