Job Summary
Lead and manage operations across 7 food outlets, driving staff development, food quality, cost control, sales performance, and customer service excellence while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall shift operations across 7 food outlets to ensure smooth multi-store functioning
- Responsible for ensuring that all Audits score 80% or higher
- Develop and deliver Staff Training programs to enhance team skills and performance
- Monitor and control Food Costs to optimize profitability without compromising quality
- Oversee food quality standards to maintain consistent customer satisfaction
- Drive Store Sales Growth through effective management and customer engagement strategies - 3-5% annually
- Ensure exceptional customer service by setting standards and resolving issues promptly
- Implement and enforce Food Safety and Hygiene procedures across all stores to comply with regulations
- Serve as a Training Instructor to equip staff with necessary operational and safety knowledge
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in Food and Beverage Management, with 10 or more years in Restaurant Management
