About the Role

We are looking for a creative Freelance Pet Apparel Designer to design stylish, functional, and comfortable clothing and accessories for dogs and cats. If you have a passion for fashion, pets, and creating unique collections, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections of pet apparel and accessories.
• Develop original concepts, sketches, and technical drawings.
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, colours, and materials.
• Create detailed tech packs and specifications for production.
• Work with manufacturers to develop samples and refine designs.
• Ensure products are comfortable, safe, and suitable for different breeds and sizes.
• Stay updated with pet fashion trends and consumer preferences.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion, apparel, or product design.
• Portfolio showcasing clothing or accessory designs (pet apparel experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Passion for pets and pet lifestyle products.
