Job Responsibilities
Accounting
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting for clients.
- Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Liaise with clients on accounting matters.
- Assist with GST, payroll, and other compliance work as assigned.
Administrative
- Prepare and organize client documents and files.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general administrative duties.
- Maintain office records and supplies.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
