Job Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Handle bookkeeping and accounting for clients.
  • Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with clients on accounting matters.
  • Assist with GST, payroll, and other compliance work as assigned.

Administrative

  • Prepare and organize client documents and files.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain office records and supplies.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
