Responsibilities

• QA Strategy & Policy Development: Develop, implement,and maintain comprehensive QA policies, procedures, and standards to guaranteeconsistent, high-quality delivery across all projects.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, support, andmentor the QA team, fostering their professional growth and driving overallteam performance.
• Testing & Compliance Oversight: Oversee end-to-endtesting processes, internal audits, and rigorous compliance checks to verifystrict adherence to established quality benchmarks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely withcross-functional teams to align quality objectives with broader business goalsand product timelines.
• Metrics & Insights Analysis: Monitor, analyze, andreport on key quality metrics to provide management with actionable insightsfor strategic decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvementinitiatives to optimize operational efficiency, streamline testing workflows,and drastically minimize product and process defects.
• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure unwavering compliance withall relevant industry regulations, standards, and corporate certificationrequirements.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership skills
