Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure smooth business activities.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and complaints.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory replenishment, and maintain accurate stock records.
Receive, inspect, and arrange merchandise according to company standards.
Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and priced to maximize sales.
Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers for product ordering, deliveries, and quality checks.
Prepare daily sales reports, inventory reports, and other operational documentation.
Handle cashier duties, process payments, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
Supervise and support retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the store.
Implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase customer traffic and sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market conditions to recommend business improvements.
Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with management on business strategies, inventory planning, and operational improvements.
Perform other duties assigned by management to support the overall success of the retail business.
