Position: Trade Marketing Executive (Korean Market Focus)

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedTrade Marketing Executive to drive trade marketing initiatives for our Koreanproduct portfolio. The successful candidate will plan and execute trade promotions, manage in-store promoter teams, and work closely with clients,sales, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions that grow ourpresence in the Korean channel. Korean language proficiency is essential for this role.

Core Responsibilities

Trade Promotions & ROIManagement

· Plan, implement, coordinate, and follow up on trade promotion campaigns, with a particular focus on the Korean channel

· Track, measure, and manage the ROI of all trade promotion activities, providing regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement

Client & Principal Management

· Build and maintain strong rapport with clients through regular meetings and engagement

· Liaise and communicate with Korean principals (brand owners) on promotion plans, campaign updates, marketing support, and market feedback

· Understand client needs and market requirements, and work with the production and sales teams to develop and tailor solutions accordingly

Sales Support & Coordination

· Coordinate sales activities, including vetting, creating, andupdating sales collaterals and presentation decks

· Ensure all sales materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives

Promoter & In-Store Management

· Recruit, manage, and schedule promoters for Korean products across supermarket outlets

· Conduct training for promoters on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards

· Track and analyse in-store sales performance, and take corrective action where needed

Marketing Support

· Support the Marketing Manager in other marketing activities,campaigns, and events as required

· Provide translation and interpretation support (Korean to English) for marketing materials, client communications, and internal documents

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills

· Education: Diploma or Degree inMarketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: 1–3 years of experiencein trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales support, preferably in FMCG or retail

· Skills:

- Proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken) — required for client communicationand translation work

- Familiarity with the Korean market, products, and consumer preferences is a strong advantage

- Experience managing promoters or field teams preferred

- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills

- Proficientin Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for creating decks and tracking sales data

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track ROI and interpret sales data

- Willingto travel to supermarket outlets and attend events, including occasional weekends
