Wellness Consultant cum Trainer

Job Summary

Recommend and sell wellnesstreatments, products, and packages to customers while managing customerrelationships and coordinating with therapists to ensure smooth dailyoperations. Provide training to therapists and achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable wellness treatments based on customers’ needs to enhance their experience
• Conduct sales consultations and manage customer relationships by following up on treatment results
• Coordinate daily operations with in-house therapists and team members to ensure service quality
• Sell wellness services, products, and packages effectively to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement and service
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by applying sales strategies and customer insights
• Provide training to new and existing therapists to maintain high service standards

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Beauty & Spa related sales experience
• Demonstrate service orientation and self-motivation to achieve sales targets
• Exhibit good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and positive working attitude
• Willingness to learn about TCM wellness treatments and customer consultation
