AI Token Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

a. Customer expansion:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the local market, targeting IT service providers, e-commerce companies, and other enterprise clients, with a focus on acquiring key accounts.
  • Promote the company's AI Token transit solutions to prospective clients, drive product trials, and convert opportunities into signed commercial agreements.
  • Achieve monthly business development KPIs, including new client acquisition and AI Token usage targets.

b. Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and relevant regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and recommend business development strategies.
  • Gather customer and market feedback on AI API products, pricing and market demand.
  • Prepare regular market intelligence reports and provide insights to headquarters to support product development and pricing strategies.

c. Internal Collaboration:

  • Align business development activities with the Group's strategic objectives and collaborate closely with local teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations and Headquarters teams to communicate customer requirements and market feedback, ensuring continuous product improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

a. Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of Business Development, Partnership or B2BSales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS or financial services.
  • Proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and account management.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

b. Industry knowledge:

  • Good understanding of AI solutions, APIs, SaaS or digital technology products.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software pricing models and commercial negotiations is an advantage.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
