Purview performance metrics, resource allocation, and programme roadmaps.
Adopt best practices for engagement lifecycles (intake to delivery and post-engagement review by leveraging on established Programme Management methodologies, e.g. PMI).
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Apply agile principles and continuous feedback loops.
Champion efficiency by identifying opportunities for optimisation and by implementing best practices.
Stakeholder management across various agencies and external partners.
Facilitate seamless communication channels between technical teams and business units.
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams.
Contribute to development of product strategies that balance innovation with operational feasibility.
Focus on value realisation and benefit management.

At least 12 years of experience in technology, business operations, or the public sector.
Track record in strategic programme planning and operational management.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while mitigating risks and issues.
Technical literacy to engage with engineering teams.
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability in crafting compelling presentations and papers.
Able to keep up with emerging technology trends and their strategic implications.
Good business acumen with a focus on sustainable product development and operations.
Strong understanding of government operations and public sector dynamics.
Familiar with public sector procurement and financial management practices.
