Assistant Manager (Project Coordinate), Public Service Media

Location: Pasir Panjang

Contract: 12 Months

Salary: Up to $5,475/month

Start Date: 1 September 2026

What You'll Do

Project Management

• Support project managers in evaluating proposals and preparing approval papers.
• Coordinate and monitor Public Service Media (PSM) projects, including Youth Engagement, Children's Content, Premium Content, Content Sandbox, and Tech Capabilities.
• Track project progress, review deliverables, and manage change requests.
• Review PSM-funded content across TV, radio, digital, and social media platforms to provide insights for content strategy.

Media Measurement & Analysis

• Research and support the implementation of media measurement tools.
• Analyse audience data from surveys, digital analytics, and other sources to evaluate content performance.
• Support media measurement projects and prepare project assessment reports.

Stakeholder & Administrative Support

• Manage public and industry feedback relating to PSM projects.
• Support the planning and coordination of meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
• Assist in developing communication materials and publicity plans for PSM initiatives.
• Handle other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with media measurement tools or digital analytics platforms is a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in Singapore's media industry, including broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.
