Job Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, stock transfers, and returns in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Esker).
- Coordinate export shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Provide order and shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders, and resolve routine fulfilment issues.
- Maintain accurate operational records, support billing and accounts receivable, generate reports, and assist with sales, inventory, and demand planning.
